  • Do you ship internationally?
It may be possible to ship individual items to your country, however, we cannot ship framed items as the costs are prohibitive. Just drop us an email if you are interested in an individual item and we'll let you know if it's possible to ship to you: sales@timeless.gallery
  • Do you provide Certificates of Authenticity
Yes, on request. However - here are our thoughts on CoAs: The vast majority of our artefacts, and those sold by other dealers, come from private collections that have recently made their way onto the antiquities market (normally via inheritance). These collections often represent a lifetime's effort by the collector and may have been sourced from many different countries. Therefore, provenance of individual items is usually lost, there will be no recorded archaeological context, and the artefact may have been cleaned and preserved by well-intentioned but clumsy amateurs. The end result is that the only way to truly guarantee authenticity is via radiometric dating - a process that often costs more than the end-value of the artefact (unless it's a particularly valuable piece). For this reason, we at Timeless select our suppliers with great care, but we do not routinely supply CoAs. We would also suggest that you, as a buyer, should treat any seller that does supply CoAs with a degree of caution.
  • What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
We hope that this never happens - but if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if you simply change your mind, send it back to us. We provide a life-long refund policy for all of our treasures. We think you'll want to keep them, though.
  • Do you buy artefacts?
Yes, many of our artefacts are legally sourced from UK-based metal detectorists. If you have found something interesting, please get in touch with us at sales@timeless.gallery. We can't promise to buy it, but if you email a picture or two, we will certainly give you a valuation.
  • Is it 'artefact' or 'artifact'
Both are correct. We like to mix it up!
