Dating from the Middle Bronze Age (between 3500 - 3000 years ago), this simple little bangle is formed from a round sectioned bronze band.
It might be unadorned and a little out of shape, it might lack the fancy terminals and patterning of some of our other Bronze Age bracelets, but it's almost twice as old as the Roman Empire, and that, in itself, makes it something special. And at 6cm diameter, it's still wearable!
A lovely historical artefact, now available in the Timeless Galleries
